General Tune up: inspect machine, oil chain, tighten shock cable, tighten screws, clean flywheel
Chain & Sprocket Replacement: Chains and sprockets wear together and should be replaced at the same time. If you are getting a rough row from the chain, it is likely time to replace it. A new chain and sprocket will make the machine feel new again.
Shock Cord Replacement: If the handle does not retract back to the handle rest or all the way to the chain guide, then you have a damaged or cut shock cord. These are blue, black or green bungee cables. These can be replaced
Monitor Replacement: order directly from Concept 2
Generator Coil Failure: If the generator stops measuring meters rowed, or the cable gets cut, we can replace the coil and reconnect it to the monitor.
